Field Service is primarily offered to insurance companies, mortgage companies, investors, and owners who live out of town by Farina Notary & Professional Services. Jessica will come to your home and take pictures to send to clients, do video walk-throughs with the client on the phone of the home and property for them to see and also will go to construction sites to do progress evaluations with video walk-throughs and photo documentation.
For those located outside of our service area or who cannot physically come into our office due to distance or other circumstances, we provide remote notary services.
Our e-notarizations use the latest technology to ensure maximum security while providing a convenient and cost-effective solution for executing documents remotely. This verification process allows for documents to be signed electronically so they can be notarized on the spot.
